Bruno and his wife were exceptional hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided us with great advice on places to see in the area. the location of the apartment is perfect - it's very central yet quiet at night. We loved spending time on the exclusive terrace, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. the apartment itself is spacious and was recently renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. It's also conveniently located close to the old town, with easy access to the ferry terminal and Marjan Park. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Split. Cons: Nothings 🤷‍♀️.

Big, reasonably clean apartment with stunning views. Good service, friendly communication with the host. Had great value for money and great value room plus climate control, hairdryer and double glazed windows. There was bathtub. The location was very pretty, close to downtown, Marjan, the pier. .

The highlight for our children was the lovely balcony, where they could enjoy the fresh air and soak in the picturesque views of Split. Bruno, the host, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, going the extra mile to make us feel at home. On our arrival, he even treated us to a refreshing beer while giving us insightful tips about the city. The location was fantastically convenient, nestled just off the bustling tourist streets but still within close proximity to all the major attractions.

My children wanted a few more amenities geared towards families, such as a kids' play area or games in the apartment.

After a long day exploring the outdoors, coming back to a relaxing bath was pure bliss. Having a kitchen in some of the units was a great convenience. I could cook my own meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, adding to the authentic experience of being in touch with nature. The seating area with a CD player provided a cozy spot to unwind and enjoy some music. It was a lovely little touch that added to the overall comfort and relaxation of the room. All the accommodation units were equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. It's always important to stay connected with the world even when in the middle of nature.

Personally, I found that the air-conditioning in some units was a bit too cold. However, I understand that others may find this feature perfect for staying cool during the warmer months.

The apartment had an amazing balcony with stunning harbor views. It was super close to Split city center, only a couple of minutes walk away. Bruno was a top-notch host and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife and hitting the beach. Definitely recommend this place to all party-loving teens!

The only thing we would've loved is if there was a mini-fridge in the room for keeping our drinks cold for pre-gaming before hitting the town. But other than that, our stay was pure awesomeness!
